1. Description of Service

FluentVoice is a voice journaling app that records your speech, transcribes it, and provides AI-powered communication coaching insights. The app offers both a free tier (with limited monthly recordings) and a paid subscription (FluentVoice Pro) for unlimited access.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use FluentVoice. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription Plans

FluentVoice Pro is available as:

• Weekly subscription: Billed weekly
• Annual subscription: Billed annually

Free Tier

Free users receive a limited number of journal entries per month. This limit resets at the beginning of each calendar month.

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings or the App Store.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to Pro features until that period ends.
• No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.

Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple's support channels at reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use FluentVoice to:

• Record conversations without the knowledge and consent of all parties involved, where required by applicable law
• Process audio containing illegal content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app or its services
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's infrastructure or services
• Use the app in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations

5. AI-Generated Content

FluentVoice provides AI-generated communication coaching insights (such as filler word analysis, pacing feedback, and vocabulary suggestions). This content is:

• For informational purposes only — not professional advice (medical, psychological, legal, or otherwise)
• Generated by AI — and may contain inaccuracies or errors
• Not a substitute for professional speech therapy, coaching, or medical advice

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-generated insights.

6. Your Content

• You retain ownership of all audio recordings, transcripts, and journal entries you create using FluentVoice.
• Your content is stored on your device and in your private iCloud account. We do not have access to your stored content.
• Audio is temporarily processed through our servers for transcription and AI analysis but is not retained after processing.

7. Intellectual Property

FluentVoice, including its design, code, branding, and features, is the property of Solyx Studios. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

FluentVoice is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• AI-generated insights will be accurate or reliable
• The app will meet your specific requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Solyx Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use FluentVoice
• Any AI-generated content or insights
• Unauthorized access to your data
• Any other matter relating to FluentVoice

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of FluentVoice after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to FluentVoice at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately. Your locally stored and iCloud-synced data remains yours.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Solyx Studios operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
