Project Terms

The specific terms of each project, including scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment, will be outlined in a separate agreement. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a specific project agreement, the terms of the project agreement will prevail.

Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Solyx Studios or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our express written permission.

Client Content

You retain ownership of all content you provide to us for use in your project. By providing this content, you grant us a license to use, reproduce, modify, and display it solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

Deliverables

Upon full payment, and unless otherwise specified in a project agreement, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for your project. However, we retain ownership of all pre-existing materials, processes, and techniques used in creating the deliverables.

Payment

Payment terms will be outlined in each project agreement. Unless otherwise specified, all fees are non-refundable. Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the project agreement.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Solyx Studios be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us for the services giving rise to the claim.
