By accessing Solyx Studios systems, you agree to these Terms of Engagement. Read them carefully.

1. Services

Solyx Studios is an independent product studio. We provide product development, technical strategy, and software services. Specific deliverables are governed by individual partnership agreements.

2. Intellectual Property

Studio IP: We retain ownership of our pre-existing code, methodologies, and internal tools.

Client IP: Upon full payment, you own the specific deliverables created for your project, unless otherwise specified in your agreement.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our services or systems. This includes unauthorized access, interference with operations, or using our products for illegal activities.

4. Limitation of Liability

We build robust software, but we cannot accept liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our capability is limited to the terms of our service agreements.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access or services for violations of these terms or non-payment, as outlined in specific contracts.
